Reappraisal for Tax Year 2022

Our Appraisers are finishing up Reappraisal in Town, Richmond and Clear Fork Districts for tax year 2022.  They will also be working throughout the county for maintenance of property values. During this process they will be evaluating sales, transfers, new buildings and improvements. Our appraisers may need to speak to property owners and/or take measurements. All of our staff carry proper identification with them and drive county vehicles clearly marked with the Assessor’s seal.
